Amenities

We are part of a larger Home Owners Association. Within this Association there is a pool, playground, and a tennis court. A portion of your monthly condo fee goes to paying your Home Owners Association (HOA) fee to maintain these areas. Please contact the HOA Property Manager if you have any questions regarding the HOA, common areas, tennis courts or playgrounds.

Animals and the Animal Control Laws

In no event shall any pet be permitted in any portion of the Common Elements unless carried or on a leash.  For complete details check your Community By-Laws.  If you have question not covered, click the little critters below, they can point you in the right direction. 

Architectural Guidelines

All changes to the appearance of your Town home must be pre-approved.  This includes exact matches for windows and doors.  Complete and submit the Architectural Change Form prior to starting any projects.  Failure to have the project pre-approved may result in fines and/or having to redo the work.  The form can be found at under the Documents link on this website.     

Be a Good Neighbor and Noise

As part of a community it is important to be considerate of our neighbors. Everyone should try to be amicable, pleasant and thoughtful. Please observe quite time between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Avoid the use of any noise generating equipment, and monitor your children and pet’s activities that may cause excessive floor noise. However, there are times when we must ask others to do the same. If there is an issue with one of your neighbors, please try to have a conversation with them to resolve the issue. If this does not work, send us an email at info@pinnacle-md.com and give us as much detail as possible. You can remain anonymous, but this will limit what we can do to assist you.

Disposal of Yard Waste

Beginning January 1, 2017, Anne Arundel County will not longer accept yard waste in plastic bags.

Home Improvements

In the Spring, the management team conducts walk around inspections of the neighborhood. Some of the common issues that are being checked in weeds in your garden area, damaged or faded / rotten wood or shutters missing or faded. These inspections are to insure the property stays looking great at all times. If you do get a violation letter and you have questions please email the property manager violations@pinnacle-md.com. Keep off the Grass

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. We have contracted a landscaping company to maintain the grounds. If your vehicle damages any part of the grounds you will be responsible to the cost of the repairs.

Patio and Decks

Patio and Decks must be kept neat and orderly. Only outside furniture and gardening containers allowed. Do not store trash, toys, bicycles or mops and brooms. No inside furniture.

Parking

Residents of Worthington Mews are not allowed to park in the visitors parking or on the garage apron. The visitor spots are reserved for visitors only. Doing so will result in a fine and possibly the vehicle being towed at the home owners expense. If you have a visitor that will be parking there for an extended period of time, please contact your property manager and request a visitor parking pass. If you are towed, your vehicle will be taken to an impound lot owned and operated by North County Towing.

Trash

Trash and Recycling in Worthington Mews is collected every Friday.

Trash and recycling should be placed curbside in approved containers no earlier than 6:00 PM Thursday evening or early Friday morning for Friday’s trash pick-up. Trash may not be placed out for collection prior to Thursday evening. Items placed out for collection at any other time are unsightly and can become a health hazard. All refuse containers and refuse/recycling not picked up by collections should be removed by the homeowner responsible for it by the evening of pickup.

Trash, trash containers, or recycling left out too early or after the scheduled pickup date. Could result in a fine. You can help by reporting violations of the above policies to Pinnacle Property Management at 410.760.4203 or info@pinnacle-md.com. Service Request

If you would like to submit a service request. Example: Lights out, tree that needs trimming or other request email us at info@pinnaacle-md.com Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

This is not for emergencies.

Snow

The snow removal contractor does not begin plowing until the snow accumulation has reached three (3) inches. They will plow the main drive lane, clear sidewalks and apply salt. They will not clear individual parking spaces. Do not put any items out to save a parking spot. It will be thrown away. Be a good neighbor and not park in a spot that was shoveled out by someone else.

Water Emergency

If you have a water leak into your condo from the unit above, check with your neighbor above to see if it is coming from their unit. If they are not home or cannot get the water to stop, call your Property Manager Jeremy Shifflett. .

Important note: Make sure Pinnacle has all your current information, including your phone number, cell numbers and email address. Also, please provide Pinnacle with an emergency contact with keys in case you cannot be reached.

If you are the unit which is leaking water and you cannot be reached, Management has the right to make entry—by contacting a lock smith or the fire department—to shut the water off.
